Vocational Training Professional

We are seeking an experienced trainer to design and deliver training programs that meet the requirements of the VET sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training solutions in line with unit outcomes and assessment guidelines
- Conduct assessments of learners' competence in a fair and transparent manner
- Provide expert advice and support to teachers and facilitators in the development of curriculum materials
Qualifications and Experience:
- Cert IV TAA (TAE40116) and Early Childhood Diploma
- Proven experience in training and assessing in the VET sector, with a strong focus on adult learning principles
