We are seeking skilled nurses to fill various roles in healthcare settings across the region.
About the Role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- Nurses with experience in palliative care, knowledge of AN-ACC and providing high-quality care to the ageing population will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team are also required.
- Deliver patient-centered care that respects the dignity and worth of individuals.
- Act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with a range of staff, including doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals.
- Curent registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is mandatory.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs is essential.
- A National Police Check may be required.
