About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our operations as Venue Manager. As the driving force behind our success, you will oversee daily activities, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

  • Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team for seamless service flow.
  • Manage rostering, ordering, and stock control.
  • Implement and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive revenue growth through events, promotions, and upselling.
  • Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and health & safety regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in managing premium or high-volume hospitality venues.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional operational, financial, and people management skills.
  • A passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
  • The ability to create a workplace where staff feel empowered, connected, and inspired.
