About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optimisation Lead to join our Claims team at the Royal Automobile Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the optimisation of service delivery across our Claims teams to ensure an exceptional member and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to ensure our claims operations run efficiently and effectively
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure robust change management and effective adoption of new processes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Insurance Claims to understand needs and challenges and foster a productive and consultative work environment
About You

We are looking for a confident and passionate individual who is driven by process improvement and has a strong understanding of claims processes and quality management principles. You will have a proven track record of leading process improvements and have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced service centre operational roles.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage competing priorities.
