About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optimisation Lead to join our Claims team at RAA Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the optimisation of service delivery across our Claims teams to ensure an exceptional member and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims operations
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective change management and adoption of new processes
  • Lead the development of process and procedures to ensure our claims operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process improvement and optimisation, with a strong understanding of LEAN Six Sigma principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
