Role Summary
\

This part-time counsellor role offers the opportunity to provide timely, evidence-based interventions to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in psychology or a related field, current registration with AHPRA or AASW, and experience in mental health assessments and treatment.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Conduct intake assessments and deliver short to medium-term counselling sessions.\
  • Provide therapy through face-to-face, phone, or online sessions.\
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet performance targets.\
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client-focused outcomes.
\Requirements\
  • Tertiary degree in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.\
  • Current AHPRA or AASW registration.\
  • Proven expertise in mental health assessments and treatment.\
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and case management abilities.\
  • Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and working with diverse populations.
