Store Leadership Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales and margin targets, and optimize retail KPIs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and driving the team to deliver on performance objectives and create a positive store culture.
  • Ownng the brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences by following our sales process.
  • Delivering financial results and achieving sales, margin, and inventory targets through the optimization of retail KPIs.
  • Leading the team to deliver excellence in visual merchandising, operations, and store processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

You are a confident decision maker with great communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders from all areas of the business. Additionally, you will have:

  • Demonstrated an ability to lead and work cooperatively in a team.
  • Extensive experience delivering a high level of hospitality to customers.
  • A minimum of 4 years general retail experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven record to increase sales and profit.
  • Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer proficiency.
  • The ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
