    • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Post updated products and content on social media and the company website on a weekly and monthly basis.
  2. Digital Metrics Analysis:
    • Analyze and review digital metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Produce monthly reports on content performance, broken out globally and by persona.
  3. Traffic and Engagement Strategies:
    • Implement strategies to improve traffic and engagement on customer-facing digital platforms through SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and digital advertising.
    • Stay updated with the latest online marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Social Media Monitoring:
    • Update and monitor social media platforms to ensure timely responses to customer interactions and inquiries.
    • Track and report on social media analytics.
  5. Website Management:
    • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
