Operational Manager

The primary objective of this position is to oversee operational management tasks, provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Manage office facilities, including renovation adjustments, maintenance, and building issues.
- Offer expert advice on property, asset, and protective security management.
- Develop in-house training programs on security protocols and foster a culture of risk awareness.
- Support staff with workspace allocations, special events, workplace safety concerns, and policy adherence.
- Liaise and negotiate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, contractors, and facility managers.
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain an NV2 Security Clearance.
- Extensive knowledge of best practices in property, facilities, risk, and asset management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in crisis or disruption situations.
- Well-developed organisational and managerial skills, including setting priorities and conducting research.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and oversee office layout and renovation projects.
- Skilled in data analysis, record keeping, and providing accurate reporting.
