Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and lead a production team.
Main Responsibilities:- To manage daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Implement and maintain Lean operational principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth-running manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Focus on hands-on leadership and support of continuous improvement principles.
- Proficiency in IT and ERP systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
