Student Wellbeing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality student wellbeing services across our institution.
About the RoleThis senior leadership position fosters an inclusive, vibrant, and participatory campus environment while promoting diversity, equity, and student voice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Student Wellbeing Department, including the development, implementation, and review of mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion strategies.
- Oversee the delivery of counselling, welfare, and mental health support services across all campuses.
- Work collaboratively to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, with specific responsibility for oversight of disability support and First Nations student support.
- Post-graduate qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in leading student wellbeing and support services in tertiary or related sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
A full-time, ongoing contract of employment that provides opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
