Community Chaplain Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Chaplain to join our team. The successful applicant will provide pastoral care, guidance, and support to students, families, and staff within our college community.

  • An active Christian faith is essential for this role as you will be expected to model, uphold, and support the ethos of the college and its core values.
  • You will have the appropriate qualifications to be a chaplain in WA and be comfortable using digital technology in your ministry.
Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:

  • Provide social, emotional, and spiritual support to staff and families
  • Mentor and support staff, families, and students in an engaging and relevant way that is faithful to the Bible and practical in its application
  • Work collegially in a team to ensure the best outcomes for our students, families, and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Qualifications in Ministry and/or Theology, Psychology, or Counselling
  • A Current Working With Children Card and Police Clearance
