Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, executing and ensuring efficiency of the terminals road transport interface.

  • Planning terminal's daily cargo receival and delivery, including release and management of vehicle booking slots.
  • Liaising with landside customers to ensure road transport activities are presented to maximise performance in terminal operations.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient landside operations to meet customer needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be the first point of contact for landside customers.

  • Preparing statistical performance data and assisting in setting up new landside customers.
  • Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements

To be successful in the role you will ideally have:

  • Permanent Residency in Australia and Working Rights.
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role in the Transport/Logistics industry.
  • Excellent communications and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.
