Are you passionate about digital design? T2 Tea is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to enhance our vibrant team.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for curating the brand experience across T2's digital platforms worldwide. The primary focus will be on creating engaging website elements, email marketing materials, in-store digital displays, online advertisements, and social media content, alongside brand development and graphic communications across both owned and earned digital channels. Additionally, this role will involve producing 3D digital products and animations as needed due to the evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement visually compelling website and CRM communications for both marketing campaigns and core business activities, including banners, tiles, landing pages, article pages, and eDMs.
  • Create and optimize both organic and paid social media visuals, including posts, stories, and advertising materials.
  • Develop animated content for in-store digital screens, ensuring bespoke format optimization.
  • Design and produce assets for Wholesale websites, emails, and social media, as well as digital advertising materials for stockists.
  • Create assets for Third-Party Marketplace websites and advertising initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an in-house studio or agency environment.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Design.
  • Strong experience in responsive design with a mobile-first approach.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Skilled in web interface design software (Figma).
  • Experience with 3D rendering and animation software (Blender, Substance).
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with workflow management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
