Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept, design, and deliver digital marketing and communications artwork across various channels, including social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Work closely with our Brand Directors, Art Director, and other teams to ensure consistency in our brand's visual identity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand's products and services to create engaging and effective content.
  • Collaborate with our product team to understand product features and functions, and translate this knowledge into compelling visual content.
  • Perform image cropping, post-production, and imagery retouching and manipulation as required.
  • Ensure all creative work is consistent with our brand direction, including fonts, creative layouts, and tone of voice.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to design from initial concept stage through to final artwork and file delivery.
  • Provide support and input to the continual enhancement of our website and digital visual identity.
  • Contribute new ideas and concepts to discussions and contribute to the growth and development of our brand.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably in a retail or agency environment.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality digital content.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Figma.
  • Proficiency using a Mac operating system.
  • Animation and video editing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and sensitivity.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
