- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure all relevant stakeholders and forums are aligned on technical project deliverables and proposed system changes.
- Technical Solutions: Ensure technical solutions are clearly understood and articulated, ensuring systems are secure, resilient, and aligned with our objectives.
- Deliverable Oversight: Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and quality standards across Group Digital.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively across Group Digital teams to ensure operational and strategic alignment across our deliverables.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding across IT systems and infrastructure across multiple platforms and applications.
- Experience: Tertiary qualified with a deep experience in large E2E SAP implementations in complex environments.
- Leadership Skills: Strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and align project specifications with business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ready to drive impactful change.
- Delivery Methods: Exposure to a range of delivery methods such as PRINCE, PMP, Scrum, or Agile.
