Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Brokerage Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As an Insurance Brokerage Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining effective client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively responding to these needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sound working relationships with insurers and assist with negotiations to ensure seamless insurance transactions.
  • Maintain outstanding renewals, credit control and other necessary reporting over client portfolio to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Recognize new business opportunities (new or expanded) and act accordingly to capitalize on them in a timely manner.
  • Introduce new products or broader policies as appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Process billing requests and gather information for quotes to meet client expectations.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information to maintain trust and credibility.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
