Job Title: Product Development Coordinator

About the Company

Our company is currently recruiting for a talented professional to fill a Product Development Coordinator role in the construction domain.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist and coordinate with the product development team in all aspects of product development and processes involved in bringing products to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track sample and production processes
  • Assist product managers in sampling approval processes
  • Liaise with offshore suppliers and factories
  • Follow up shipping requests and work closely with customer inventory planning teams
  • Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers
  • Coordinate samples for photo shoots, advertising, and sign-offs
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks while supporting an energetic team

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong desire to work in a team environment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of production methods and ability to manage challenging workloads and meet deadlines
