Product Development Opportunity

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and management of our products.

Skill Requirements:

  • Effective task and project management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, coordinating projects, planning, and reporting
  • Logical problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of product engineering principles

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with teams for product lifecycle management and end-of-life processes
  • Manage product development and release strategies
  • Conduct local testing and certification
  • Provide technical support for post-sales and quality assurance
  • Improve support tools and information access
  • Track activities on tracking systems

KPIs:

  • Reduce costs through product optimization and process improvement
  • Decrease post-sales technical support calls
  • Increase efficiency in AI-powered technical support
  • Shorten go-to-market lead time
  • Minimize post-GTM issues
  • Complete strategic improvement actions

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
