About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of our projects and grow our pipeline of prospects for government and institutional clients. You'll work closely with our project advisors and technical team to develop client contract packages, manage commercial negotiations, and identify opportunities to improve commercial management procedures.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct client feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies
- Develop client contract packages and manage commercial negotiations
- Handle contractual frameworks and standard contract forms
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial management procedures
- Advising senior leadership on commercial risk and governance
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, commercial management, law, or business. You'll have experience in infrastructure consultancies and delivery of major projects, as well as strong commercial skills and a detailed understanding of relevant procurement and delivery strategies in Queensland.
