Job Title: Senior Commercial Asset Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Asset Manager to join our team at Huntd Recruit. As a Senior Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing a select group of premium clients and assets, working closely with a high-performing team and dynamic agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Manage a select group of premium clients, providing tailored strategies to maximise asset performance and value.
  • Oversee arrears collection, conduct rent reviews, and manage outgoing reconciliations.
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections of properties.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure the successful management of the broader portfolio.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate new leases, market reviews, and options while advising clients on value-add property investment strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting asset performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and discretion.
  • Possess significant experience in commercial asset management at a senior level, with expertise in managing a diverse portfolio.
