Job Title: Experienced Contracts Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that project costs, estimates, revenues, claims, subcontractor and supplier engagement and contracts establishment are planned and administered to meet relevant objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and administer project costs, estimates, revenues, claims, subcontractor and supplier engagement and contracts establishment
- Continuously monitor projects' scope of work
- Evaluate and report on work progress, all financial aspects, and subcontracts administration progress
- Communicate with supply chain and project teams to ensure full understanding of the head contract's requirements
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator on civils or building projects
- Relevant qualifications across contract administration or civil engineering
