**Job Title:** Cyber Security Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects across APAC, driving the cyber security architecture and controls associated with the implementation of the Zodiac Terminal Operating System (TOS) across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cyber Security Architecture & Design: Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints for integrated OT/IT ecosystems, including SCADA, PLCs, TOS, enterprise networks, and cloud environments.
  • Cyber Security Governance: Define security architecture patterns that are aligned with the organization's cyber security architecture frameworks; lead technical reviews of OT/IT infrastructure designs including network security, web and application security, network access control (NAC), and remote access/VPN.
  • Security Operations Integration: Support the integration of OT/IT telemetry into SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel); collaborate with the security operations centre (SOC), cyber security operations teams, and incident response teams on architecture-related investigations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree/Master's in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Certifications such as SABSA, TOGAF, CompTIA Security, GICP are highly desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Cyber Security roles with at least 3 years as Security Architect, preferably in Ports/Logistics/Supply Chain, asset-intensive industries, critical infrastructure or manufacturing.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in OT/IT integration with SCADA and PLCs is advantageous.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring controls that align with IEC/ISA 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST CSF v2.0.
  • Familiarity with Modbus, Profinet, DNP3, OPC UA, and industrial VLAN architectures is advantageous.
