Job Overview

We seek an Information Security Manager to deliver cyber security services and manage risks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic security advice and lead efforts to identify and manage cyber threats.
  • Develop tailored cyber strategies aligned with our cyber security strategy.
  • Lead the development of security delivery plans for clients and oversee service delivery.
  • Ensure security is incorporated in programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with other CISO functions to drive business stakeholder participation in cyber security initiatives and empower risk-based decision making.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate sessions to enhance the cyber culture.

About You

To succeed, you will need:

  • Experience engaging technology and business leaders on cyber security matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop or contribute to cyber strategies meeting business needs.
  • At least 5 years' experience in cyber security risk, governance, architecture, compliance, and/or technology domains.
  • Excellent engagement and presentation skills are must-haves.
  • A collaborative team player who can work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISM, or the NSW Cyber Security Policy would be beneficial.
  • Commitment to a growth and learning mindset.
