About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Cyber Security projects. As a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Central Functions Line of Business, where you will report to the Cyber Program Manager. The position will be based in Melbourne or Adelaide.

  • Lead complex Cyber Security projects, adhering to our Digital, Data & Cyber Security (DDC) Project Management framework.
  • Support the Cyber Program Manager with long-term planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with virtual project teams to ensure efficient use of resources and meet project requirements.
  • Manage vendor engagement, procurement activities, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate project steering committees and undertake organisational change management activities.
  • Establish key performance indicators and recommend trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost.
  • Actively manage project risk, opportunities, and finances to approved budgets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex Cyber Security projects.
  • A degree, diploma, or proprietary certification in Project Management is desirable.
  • The ability to partner with stakeholders and maintain relationships to achieve great project outcomes.
