About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for earthmoving equipment operation.
  • Design and implement assessment strategies to evaluate trainee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver theory and practical training sessions on a range of earthmoving equipment types.
  • Ensure that all training content meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise students during training exercises, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Maintain training equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and functional.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in earthmoving operations within the construction or civil sector.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, including current industry licenses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
