
Mobile Plant Maintenance Trainer

RTO Trainer and Assessor role involves leading the delivery of technical training to trades personnel using cutting-edge technology.
This position requires a qualified professional with extensive experience in diagnosing and maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Electrical, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources
- Impart knowledge to trainees while ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
- Hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Electrical
- Extensive hands-on experience maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Previous experience conducting training within a classroom environment (desirable)
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
