Job Overview

RTO Trainer and Assessor role involves leading the delivery of technical training to trades personnel using cutting-edge technology.

This position requires a qualified professional with extensive experience in diagnosing and maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Electrical, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and resources
  • Impart knowledge to trainees while ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Automotive Electrical
  • Extensive hands-on experience maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Previous experience conducting training within a classroom environment (desirable)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
