Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional individual with expertise in delivering Project Controls services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end service delivery and be able to grow our brand through business development and client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, and renewables. They will be a key point of contact for our clients and have a strong ability to create new opportunities through networking and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Controls team to deliver high-quality services across various infrastructure projects.
- Grow our brand through business development and client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements:
- 17+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Full working rights and currently living in Australia.
- A recognized degree qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
- Infrastructure experience, especially in power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, or road sectors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
