Transition of ICT Services to a Shared Services Model

Our organization is undergoing a significant transition, moving our ICT services to a shared services arrangement. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead this transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an ICT strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead the transition of ICT services to ensure continuity, value for money, and a fit-for-purpose solution.
  • Provide strategic and practical advice to stakeholders on ICT matters.
  • Engage with business leaders to understand their technology needs and ensure they are addressed throughout the transition process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between departments.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and integrity of our IT systems and data.
  • Oversee day-to-day ICT operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Financial Management: Demonstrated ability to maintain financial records in line with compliance and audit requirements (SFIA Level 4).
  • Project Management: Proven experience in leading medium-scale ICT projects, including project definition, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication (SFIA Level 5).
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong capability in identifying stakeholder needs, translating engagement strategies into actionable plans, and facilitating open communication (SFIA Level 5).
