We are seeking a seasoned ICT Professional to lead our team in transitioning our ICT services from an internal arrangement to a shared services model.

The successful applicant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, overseeing daily operations of the ICT team, and ensuring IT systems and data security. A key focus of this role is developing and implementing a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with business goals, leading the transition of ICT services, and providing strategic advice to stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include managing contracts and agreements related to ICT services, supporting a small in-house IT team, and ensuring continuity, security, and strategic alignment throughout the process. Candidates must have experience in public sector transitions, stakeholder engagement, and leadership, as well as a strong background in financial management, project management, and stakeholder relationship management.

Key skills and qualifications include the ability to lead medium-scale ICT projects, manage risks, control changes, and deliver within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members. Additionally, eligibility to obtain NV1 security clearance is required for this position.
