Job Title: Associate Director

Join KPMGau's Real Estate Advisory & Transactions team as an Associate Director and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities. Our team provides commercial, financial, and transaction management advice to clients on major infrastructure projects.

Your Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you will support our team in delivering large-scale city-shaping and urban renewal projects, managing client engagements, and developing junior staff and client resources. You will also collaborate with KPMG specialists across various disciplines to provide integrated solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting clients in the assessment, analysis, valuation, and procurement of assets to support their financial, commercial, service delivery, and corporate objectives.
  • Developing and delivering commercial advice on complex transactions, business cases, pre/feasibility studies, options analysis, and financial models to support client transactions and projects.
  • Collaborating with KPMG specialists to provide integrated solutions for clients.
  • Managing client engagements, coaching, and developing junior staff and client resources.
Requirements

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Proven recent experience across the real estate, mixed-use development, place, and placemaking environments, with a focus on investment and decision-making areas.
  • Strong financial and commercial analytical skills to support city-shaping investment choices for clients.
  • Ability to develop and deliver commercial advice on complex transactions, business cases, pre/feasibility studies, options analysis, and financial models.
  • Passion and unique perspective to make a positive impact on our urban environment.
