Your Mission- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Grow and develop a high-performing team by partnering with Talent Acquisition and senior leaders.
- Act as the connective tissue between client needs, consultants, and delivery leadership, ensuring the right support structures are in place.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in professional services.
- A background in project delivery, PMO, or Project Controls is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of driving new business growth and delivering workforce solutions.
- An industry network in Transportation, Energy, Utilities, Engineering Services, Aviation, or Defence.
- Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and teams.
- Self-disciplined, consistent, and motivated to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams.
