Job Title: Senior Analyst/Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Aggregate Risk and Prudential Risk team. This is an opportunity to work with subject matter experts on group-wide remediation initiatives, driving process improvements and enhancing risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate and support milestone closure and assurance activities on broad-ranging and comprehensive programs of work.
- Assist in the management of milestone closure and the assurance schedule, facilitating the development of the Independent Assurer's areas of focus.
- Coordinate with project managers on their collation of milestone closure artefacts and manage the process to obtain formal approval.
- Facilitate the quarterly Independent Assurer's review and reporting process, monitoring the progress of management actions closures and contribute to monthly reporting to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a controls assurance or internal audit function, preferably in a professional services firm or financial institution.
- A proficient understanding of internal control frameworks and experience in assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
- Experience in managing changes and change control over key project artefacts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with attention to detail.
