About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at Endeavour Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advice, support, and guidance to hiring managers on strategies and insights on recruitment while contributing to the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment, including developing job-based recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
  • Improve the quality and time to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
  • Manage all stages of the process, including job briefs, shortlisting, telephone screening, booking interviews, and responding in a timely manner to both stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using various sources, such as job boards, networking events, and talent pools.
  • Maintain systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and diverse candidate groups. Experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, particularly in disability services, blue-collar, or volume recruitment in a large complex organization, would be an advantage.
