Primary Health Care Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to provide primary healthcare in a remote setting. The Amoonguna Clinic, located just 20 kilometres from Alice Springs, offers a unique opportunity to support people from the world's oldest living culture.

As a registered nurse or AHP, you will be part of a team that provides comprehensive primary healthcare services, including emergency care, chronic disease management and prevention for Amoonguna residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary health care including emergency care, chronic disease management and prevention
  • Collaborate with local health boards to deliver culturally responsive healthcare services
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA RN or AHP registration
  • At least 3 years' post-graduate experience
  • A current driver's licence
  • Working with Children Clearance & recent Police Clearance
  • Critical care or remote experience an advantage

We offer a supportive, low-risk nursing environment and competitive salaries starting at $120,451 p.a., $61.77 per hour. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
