This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Liquor Member, where you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of products and engage with customers who are passionate about their drinks.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and helping them find the perfect beverage. You'll also be required to maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you can answer customer queries confidently and accurately.

About you and your skills

  • You have a passion for the liquor industry and enjoy working with people
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You're knowledgeable about beer, wine, and spirits and can share your expertise with customers
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Please note that a current RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia. This may vary by state, but we ensure all our team members meet these requirements.
