We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Spendless Shoes. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and valued. You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including merchandising and displaying products in an attractive and appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary customer experiences by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering recommendations on products.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, including merchandise displays, fixtures, and overall store appearance.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

  • You have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You have a passion for fashion and footwear, and you stay up-to-date with the latest trends and styles.
