We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. Due to newly won projects, this role will be involved in all aspects of the project, contributing expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency, and safety on site.
This person will work with one of Perth's premier builders, responsible for residential experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Issue drawings, scope of works, and specifications for contract works; prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes; and make trade letting recommendations.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cash flow reports.
- Assist the Project Manager with project cost reports and related matters.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary education/qualification and a strong track record in a similar role within residential or commercial construction projects.
Experience working on commercial residential projects valued between $10M and $40M is preferred.
