About this role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a background in construction law or commercial litigation to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where you will assist with both front-end and back-end construction matters, working alongside a supportive and high-performing legal team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and prepare construction-related legal documents, including contracts, notices, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research on construction law matters, legislation, and case law.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents, briefs, and client reports.
  • Support solicitors in managing large-scale construction disputes and adjudications.
  • Maintain and update matter files and legal databases.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the construction legal team.

About you

  • You have a minimum 2 years' experience as a paralegal (construction or commercial law highly regarded).
  • You have a strong understanding of construction law principles, or a genuine interest in specialising in this area.
  • You possess excellent legal drafting and research skills.
  • You are highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
