Job Title: Senior Urban Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to head our urban development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from conception to completion, developing strong client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex urban development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Leadership Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership team to set strategic direction and drive business growth.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, preferably CPEng or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in consulting, with significant expertise in land development projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leadership, including team management and project oversight.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
