About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Urbanist to join our team in planning, designing, and delivering high-profile urban development projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and contribute to the growth and development of our cities.

Your primary focus will be on managing large-scale complex projects, preparing planning deliverables, and providing expert advice to clients across private and government sectors. You will have excellent opportunities to develop your technical expertise, build on your existing project management skills, and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, coordinate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Prepare and present planning deliverables, including Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, and Planning Proposal Reports.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide expert advice and ensure project alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Planning or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in urban planning, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
