About This Position

We are seeking an experienced production expert to manage our workshop staff and deliver high-quality repairs to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and meet productivity goals
  • Manage the repair process to guarantee cost-effective quality repairs
  • Assist with part, paint, and consumables ordering and receipting
  • Run production meetings to communicate priorities to staff
  • Perform in-process quality control checks to ensure company standards are met
  • Identify and address quality issues or production delays

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a body shop, including body, paint, estimating, or management. You will also have previous experience in a similar management position within the industry. Your ability to set and adhere to deadlines will be essential in this role.
