Job Title: Motorhome Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Motorhome Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the RV and campervan industry, specializing in the design, fit-out, and servicing of motorhomes.

  • Fully equipped workshop facilities will be available to assist you in your role.

As a Motorhome Specialist, you will work on a variety of motorhomes and campervans, carrying out fit-outs, repairs, servicing, and custom modifications. This role requires problem-solving, building, and using trade skills across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out fit-outs, assemble, and modify motorhomes and campervans to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  2. Install cabinetry, appliances, electrical components, plumbing, and accessories to meet customer requirements.
  3. Diagnose and repair faults (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or structural) efficiently and effectively.
  4. Perform routine servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  5. Work to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  6. Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
About You:
  1. Previous experience in motorhome, RV, caravan, or related industries is desirable but not essential.
  2. A background in trades such as cabinetmaking, automotive, electrical, or plumbing is highly regarded.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  6. Current driver's licence is required.
