This role involves providing adult occupational therapy services in a rural setting. You will work as an independent clinician and within a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate OT services for the Murrindindi Shire.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia via AHPRA, a current driver's license and a flexible approach to working.
- Deliver home modification, equipment prescription and rehabilitation services to community clients and inpatients at ADH's acute facility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Plan and implement OT services for residents of the Murrindindi Shire.
- Conduct home visits and provide equipment prescriptions to support client independence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community groups.
- Permanent part-time opportunity with negotiable hours.
- Flexible working arrangements available.
