  • Deliver home modification, equipment prescription and rehabilitation services to community clients and inpatients at ADH's acute facility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement OT services for residents of the Murrindindi Shire.
  • Conduct home visits and provide equipment prescriptions to support client independence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community groups.
