  • Promoting and delivering universal access to Key Age and Stage Framework ensuring equitable outcomes for all families.
  • Ongoing monitoring and assessment of children to identify those who require further evaluation, intervention, and support.
  • Implementing strategies to foster social networks, strengthen community connections, and bring families together.
  • Providing additional support to families where clinically indicated.

What You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Skills in assessment, case management, and referral.
  • Knowledge of current issues affecting the Maternal and Child Health Service.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting requirements.
