Job Title: Healthcare Services Manager

Overview

The Hospital is seeking a skilled and experienced healthcare professional to lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting clinical teams in delivering integrated, person-centred care.

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with Executive leadership and key committees to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all service activity and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and families to foster a culture of respect and empathy.

Main Responsibilities:

The Nurse Unit Manager plays a key role in driving strategic planning and decision-making. They will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement effective solutions that meet the needs of our patients and residents.
