About the RoleThis critical position involves applying systems engineering principles to enhance water infrastructure performance and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement structured methodologies for project design, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and refine engineering processes to optimize project execution, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Embed systems engineering processes in the project lifecycle and support team adoption of these practices.
- Utilize data analytics and system modeling tools to inform design decisions and optimize asset performance.
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or related field with relevant project experience.
- Demonstrated experience in applying systems engineering principles to complex infrastructure or utility projects.
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
