To fuel this growth, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our Customer Engineering team. This role involves building influential relationships with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and steering hiring decisions using data-driven insights.

About the Role:
  • You'll partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, close candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social networks and direct sourcing to generate strong pipelines.
  • Engage candidates throughout the hiring process, from screening to offer negotiation.
  • Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data for reporting.
  • Establish relationships with client groups to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR on compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
Your Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment at a software or technology company.
  • Experience recruiting professionals across various roles, including Professional Services, Technical Services, and Pre-Sales.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to guide leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • A creative approach to sourcing strategies, with a data-driven mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
