Job Description

As a key member of our Compliance team, you will report directly to the Compliance Director for APAC with line to the Global Head of Compliance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring risk and compliance with relevant legal, regulatory requirements, and in-house policies for Australia and New Zealand.

  • Act as the Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for CSC entities.
  • Provide independent risk & compliance advice and support on client acceptance based on company and group policies, as well as local legislation, rules, and industry practices.
  • Liaise with local regulators and conduct regular risk & compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare relevant risk & compliance management reports.
Key Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • A degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of compliance experience preferably in trust, corporate, fund administration services, or the financial industry.
  • Solid experience managing risk & compliance frameworks according to regulatory and statutory requirements.
