About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Modern ERP implementation project.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts, resources, budgets, changes, and risks to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead program management activities, including project controls, reporting, and governance.
  • Coordinate reporting across multiple teams for the Modern ERP program.
  • Prioritise project tasks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities that could impact program success.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for consulting support.
  • Oversee program governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage program operations from a cost and resourcing perspective.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and offboarding practices.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and program metrics.
